Do I need to purchase to be bonus eligible?

No purchase is necessary. There is no requirement to earn the Direct Customer Bonus. A personal purchase or a Direct Customer purchase is required to earn the Direct Consultant Bonus and the other Bonuses. Again, no personal purchase is required for any bonus.

On what date are commissions paid?

We are targeting the 10th of each month. However, we plan to speed this up as months go by.  We want to have enough time to get it right in the early stages of the business.

What makes a Consultant inactive?

A Consultant must have personally purchased volume or have volume from a personally enrolled Customer to be active. 

When do I start earning money?

You can start earning the Direct Customer Bonus immediately upon your first customer referral - no personal purchase required. For the Direct Consultant Bonus, you need either a personal subscription or a Direct Customer subscription to be eligible.

What's the minimum I can earn before getting paid?

There's a minimum commission payment threshold of $50. Amounts less than $50 will accumulate until you reach the minimum.

Are there any ongoing costs besides the Virtual Office Fee?

The quarterly Virtual Office Fee ($9) is the only required ongoing cost. Of course, you may choose to maintain your own subscription for product knowledge and to use the service personally.

How are commissions affected if a Customer cancels?

We calculate your commissions based upon the volume generated in the month.  Commission adjustments are rare. However, a Customer could sign up at month end and then request a full refund due to our cooling-off policy just after our commission run. In this rare case, we need to refund the money to that Customer, which you were paid on. We reserve the right to adjust your commissions when this happens.  

Why not pay the same percentage Bonus for all types of Leaders?  

In the Influence+ Bonus, the PeakSuccess Rewards Program pays 6% for Developing Team Leads, 9% for Basic Team Leads, and 12% for Advance Team Leads in Levels 2, 3 and 4. This is because we reward up-lines for helping their downlines advance and succeed--the higher the title, the higher the percentage for the up-line.

Why does PeakSuccess pay bonuses in US dollars?

PeakSuccess is a US company with a US-based website.  Therefore, PeakSuccess receives payments in USD and compensates Consultants in USD.

What constitutes Level 0, Level 1 and the other Levels and which Bonuses apply to which Levels?

Level 0 is your Directly Sponsored Customers.  Level 1 is your Directly Sponsored Consultants and their Directly Sponsored Customers (also referred to as your Linked Customers).  Level 2 comprises the Consultants directly under your Directly Sponsored Consultants and their Customers. This same pattern repeats for all levels.  

Why does the Direct Customer Bonus start at 21% in the signup month, transition to 15% through Month 5, increase to 18% through Month 11 and then increase back to 21% from Month 12?

Learning English is a journey.  We aspire for Customers to adopt PeakESL as part of their long-term effort to achieve the highest possible level of fluency and clarity.  The sponsor earns 21% as a fast-start reward and then the percentage increases as learners continue to learn and improve.

What is required to earn the Direct Consultant Bonus?

A Consultant must have either a personally purchased subscription or a Direct Customer actively on a subscription to be eligible for the Direct Consultant Bonus.

What is required to earn the Linked Customer Bonus?

Customer Pros (6 Active Direct Customers), Basic Team Leads and higher ranks are eligible for the Linked Customer Bonus. Customer Pro and Basic Team Leads earn 6% and Basic Team Leads and higher ranks earn 9%.

Can Customers upgrade to Consultant?

Yes. Customers can easily become Consultants. Customers generally sign up as Customers on PeakESL.com. When they decide to become a Consultant, they can simply go to PeakSuccessGlobal.com and enroll. They will enter their email address, which will link them to their Customer Account and their original sponsor. In this way, the process will be simple and seamless, and they will not see any impact on their Customer Account. Also, once we launch the Customer Referral Program, any Customers introduced by that Customer will become that Customer’s Direct Customers and Level 1 (Linked) Customers to the original sponsor.

Can this business opportunity eventually provide passive income?

While commissions from established Customer bases and successful team members can provide ongoing income, successful businesses require continued attention, support, and relationship maintenance. True "passive" income is rare in relationship-based businesses.

What's the typical timeline to see significant income?

Success varies widely based on individual effort, market conditions, and consistency. Focus on building a solid Customer base while helping your Consultants achieve higher and higher levels of success. 

How does Compression work?

Compression is based on activity. If someone does not have personally purchased volume or any volume from directly enrolled Customers, that person will be compressed (removed from the calculation tree). This applies to Levels 2 through Levels 12.

Do my Direct Customers’ referrals (Customers referred by my Direct Customers) count as my personal Customers?

YES. Customers referred by your Direct Customers count for your titles and are included in your Direct Customer Bonus. Please note that if the Customer who referred another Customer upgrades to Consultant, the Customer will become that new Consultant’s Direct Customer and your Level 1 (Linked) Customer.

I am a Basic Team Lead and have an Advanced Team Lead in my Level 2.  Will I be paid on that Advance Team Lead's volume and his Direct Customers' volume?

No.  You must achieve Advanced Team Lead to be paid on downline Advanced Team Leads.
