How do I track my customers' progress and usage?

Your back office provides reports showing customer activity, retention, and referrals. You can see which Customers are actively using the service. 


Can I offer discounts to attract Customers?

You cannot offer unauthorized discounts or incentives. Only use official PeakSuccess pricing and promotional offers. 


How does PeakSuccess support Customers?

PeakSuccess provides Customer support for technical issues within the learning platform with a ticket system. As a Consultant, you can handle initial relationship management and basic questions then refer technical issues to PeakSuccess.


Customers will not receive referral links until we launch this feature.  We will create a launch plan and include a lot of training and excitement in advance of launching this power aspect of our earnings opportunity. 


For Month 1, do Customers have to buy an enrollment pack or can they just join on a normal subscription?

Customers can enroll in a subscription only or buy an enrollment pack. Either way is fine.


If a Customer wants an enrollment pack every month as a subscription, will that be possible?

The enrollment packs may include items that do not need to be purchased each month so we plan to just sell enrollment packs upon enrollment. For example, some people may not use all of their tokens each month or may earn a lot of tokens by working hard in the app.  Therefore, we do not plan to have Tokens on subscription. 


What is the Grand Opening Event?

PeakSuccess is excited about the virtual grand-opening event in March-April of 2026.  This event will be for Customers and Consultants. We provide a free ticket for that online event in the $200 enrollment pack as a limited time offer and as a perk for buying that pack.  


I understand that PeakESL uses Artificial Intelligence in multiple ways. How does PeakESL use AI?

We use AI in various ways, including, 1) content creation, including tailored responses from our guides, 2) system-generated speech, and 3) evaluation of the user's speech, which includes pronunciation and other elements that contribute to their understandability. In the future we'll add more ways, such as AI for a chat=bot feature.


What technical requirements do I need?

You need reliable internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to access your back office and communicate with customers and team members. The PeakESL platform works on most modern devices and browsers.


How do I handle customer technical issues?

Can a family downgrade to an individual subscription?

The current process is to cancel the family subscription and re-enroll with the individual subscription. We will explore a more seamless process in the future.


How do I handle Customer complaints or refund requests?

Please direct Customers to official PeakESL customer service for refund requests. As a Consultant, you should listen to concerns and help resolve issues when possible, but refund decisions are handled by the company.

 

Do I need to be fluent in English to be a successful Consultant?

No.  The key is to become a product of the product.  Learn while you earn and show enthusiasm for your progress.  People will be inspired by you. Many successful Consultants are non-native speakers who understand the learning journey firsthand. Your personal experience with language learning can actually be an advantage.

 

Should I use PeakESL myself before promoting it?

While not required, using the platform gives you authentic experience to share with prospects. Many successful Consultants maintain their own subscription to stay current with features and improvements.
