What if my virtual office account is hacked or compromised?
We do not anticipate problems such as this unless people are careless with their passwords. Immediately contact PeakSuccess support to secure your account. Change your passwords and review all recent activity.
How often does PeakSuccess update or add new features?
Product updates occur regularly as the AI technology and the platform evolves. You'll be notified of significant updates through your back office and company communications.
Why does PeakSuccess have three websites and what are the differences? peakesl.com, peaksuccess.com, and peaksuccessglobal.com.
Please see the following image which outlines the websites and their purposes and features.

Where is PeakSuccess' headquarters located?
Lehi, Utah, which is the epicenter of an area known as Silicon Slopes. Silicon Slopes is a term that describes the part of Utah, in the western United States, that is a major economic center for technology and innovation businesses. Silicon Slopes derived its name from Silicon Valley, which is the name for the tech-focused region in the southern San Francisco Bay Area of California, renowned for its dense concentration of technology and innovation.
Why does PeakSuccess use the term ESL instead of EAL?
We are familiar with the term EAL, which is commonly used in the United Kingdom, Australia, and parts of Europe. We also are familiar with the terms EFL. We use ESL as it is still the most common and most recognized term globally.
Can family members help with my PeakSuccess business?
Family members can provide general assistance, but they cannot act as Consultants unless they've enrolled separately. Spouses must enroll directly under their partner's account.
What happens to my business if I become ill or incapacitated?
Review the succession policies in the Policies & Procedures. You can designate someone to take over your business with proper legal documentation and company approval.
Can I sell my Consultant position if I want to exit the business?
Yes, with prior written approval from PeakSuccess. There's a $50 transfer fee, and lifetime achievements don't transfer to the new owner. Review all transfer requirements in the Policies & Procedures.
How should I track expenses for tax purposes?
Keep records of all business-related expenses including the Virtual Office Fee, marketing materials, travel for business purposes, and training costs. Consult a tax professional for guidance on deductible business expenses.
Can I claim home office deductions?
Tax deduction rules vary by country. Consult with a qualified tax professional about what business expenses and deductions may apply to your situation.
Should I set up a separate business bank account?
Many Consultants find it helpful to separate business and personal finances, especially as their business grows. You should consider the pros and cons and decide based upon your personal situation. Check with your bank about business account options and requirements.
What records should I keep for my PeakSuccess business?
Maintain records of all income, expenses, customer interactions, team communications, and training activities. Keep commission statements and tax documents for the required period in your jurisdiction.
