Why does PeakSuccess have two categories of titles?
One category is the structure titles: Developing Team Lead, Basic Team Lead, Advanced Team Lead, Pro 1 and Pro 2. The other category is the volume-based titles: Elite 1 through Elite 8.
The structure titles are intended to help people build a balanced, strong organization that will lead to long-term success and that can be easily explained, trained, and duplicated. The structure titles are tied directly to the PeakSuccess Rewards Program.
On the other hand, the volume-based titles are intended to provide recognition for field leaders who build strong, wide, deep organizations, impacting many learners and earners. The volume-based titles encourage people to build a width.
The volume requirements are totals, excluding your largest leg in terms of volume. This means, for example, that someone who wants to achieve Elite 1 would need to have 3,500 in volume or more in all legs outside of the largest leg. Studies show that Consultants who can build multiple strong legs have the greatest success and stability. The PeakSuccess Rewards Program promotes long-term, stable success, by paying the Depth-Doubler Bonus on all outside legs. The volume-based titles will be used for impactful programs, such as recognition, trip qualification, leadership council selection, and training opportunities.
Why did you select the specific mountains in the Volume titles?
We selected Mt Fuji for Elite 1 based upon the prominence of and our affinity for this mountain in Japan, where we first conceived the basic concept behind PeakSuccess. Also, Mt Fuji is the number 1 mountain in the world for first ascents—the first mountain for people to ascend to the peak. Elite 2 through Elite 8 represent the Seven Summits, which are the highest peaks on each of the 7 continents. Climbing all of these mountains is a pinnacle achievement. We believe that achieving Elite 8 is likewise a pinnacle achievement.
How will we recognize people in terms of rank? For example, if they’re a Pro 2 and an Elite 5 as well, what do we call them?
The structure ranks are Developing Team Lead, Basic Team Lead, Advanced Team Lead, Pro 1 and Pro 2. The Volume-based Ranks are Elite 1 through Elite 8. The volume required for the Elite titles is based upon “outside leg volume”—volume excluding your highest-largest leg. Elite 1 starts at 3,500. This means someone will need at least 7,000 in total volume to reach Elite 1. The volume required for Pro 2 is generally 3,600. In this way, when Consultants are promoted to Elite 1, we will recognize them as Elite 1 and not Pro 2. They will generally be Pro 2 by default. Elite 1 is generally a higher level than Pro 2 so we will focus on the higher title.
I would like to achieve Advanced Team Lead. Do I need to have Customers or can my team have 1,800 volume from just Consultants?
A Consultant needs to have a personally paid-for Subscription or a Subscription from a personally enrolled Customer to be active (one or the other). The 1,800 volume must come from your Direct Customers, Direct Consultants or your Linked Customers. Any combination is fine. For example, you can have 1,800 volume from your Direct Consultants and be promoted. Also, you could have 1,800 volume from just your Direct Customers and/or your Linked Customers.
What's the fastest way to advance in rank?
Please see our duplication training ppt in the Tools Section of the Virtual Office. Focus on achieving Basic Team Lead (3-3-9 or $900 in L0-L1 Sales) and train your team to follow suit. The structured approach (Developing Team Lead → Basic Team Lead → Advanced Team Lead) provides the most stable foundation.
Can I advance to higher ranks without personally sponsoring other Consultants?
Yes. You can achieve Basic Team Lead and Advanced Team Lead with just $900 or $1,800 in sales from your Direct Customers. However, we suggest that you share the business opportunity with Consultants to achieve great stability and earnings.
What happens to my rank if my volume drops?
Ranks are determined monthly based upon that month’s performance.
Can all 900 Volume for Basic Team Lead come from Customers or all from consultants and no customers?
The 900 Volume required to achieve Basic Team Lead may come from any combination of your Direct Customers, your Direct Consultants and your Level 1 (Linked) Customers. It may come from all Direct Customers, all Direct Consultants or all Linked Customers.
Is the Influence+ Bonus based upon calendar month?
Yes. The Influence+ Bonus is based upon the calendar month. Therefore, someone who joins during the month has until the end of the month to achieve titles and volumes.
What are the requirements to achieve Pro 1 and Pro 2?
The difference between achieving Advanced Team Lead and Pro1 or Pro 2 is the requirement to have Directly Enrolled Basic Team Leads and directly enrolled Advanced Team Leads. In other words, Pro 1 and Pro 2 require the same results as Advanced Team Lead plus respectively needing to develop 1 Advanced Team Lead and 1 Basic Team or 2 Advanced Team Leads. For example, a Pro 1 must achieve either (1) 6 Direct Customers, 6 Direct Consultants and 18 Linked Customers OR (2) 1,800 Volume from L0 + L1 just like the requirement to achieve Advanced Team Lead. The 1,800 Volume may come from any combination of your Direct Customers, your Direct Consultants and your Level 1 (Linked) Customers. It may come from all Direct Customers, all Direct Consultants or all Linked Customers.
