How much support should I expect from my sponsor?
Your sponsor should provide initial training, ongoing support, and be available for questions. If you're not receiving adequate support, you can escalate through your upline or contact the company directly.
Can I work with someone other than my sponsor?
While your sponsor is your primary upline support, you can receive training and mentorship from others in your upline. However, you cannot change sponsors except in very limited circumstances.
What if someone I referred wants to become a Consultant later?
If your customer decides to become a Consultant, they can upgrade seamlessly and will be placed in your organization as your Direct Consultant. Any customers they referred while being a customer will become your Linked Customers.
What ongoing training is provided?
PeakSuccess provides various training resources through your back office. Your sponsor and upline are also responsible for providing training on products, policies, and business building strategies.
